History

  • 1983

Our journey began in 1983 with the production of die-cut aluminum nameplates, marking the start of a tradition in quality manufacturing and innovation.

  • 1990

Continuing our focus on nameplate labeling, we established the trade name BRIX, under which we produced and distributed a range of high-quality labeling solutions.
  • 1995

Expanding our reach, we established a commercial representation in the Czech Republic, based in Ostrava, under the name BRIXIS s.r.o.. This move allowed us to better serve our growing European market.
  • 1996

The foundation of Perlon spol. s r.o. marked a significant expansion in our capabilities. This new company focused on the production of printing marking elements for various industries, including offset printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, pad printing, letterpress printing, chemigraphy, electroplating, and more. We offered a wide range of products, from printed materials and labels to traffic and directional signs.
  • 2000

We further diversified our offerings by opening an independent die-cutting and converting department. This new division allowed us to produce parts die-cut from specific materials, foils, and double-sided adhesive materials, broadening our production portfolio.
  • 2003

In our commitment to quality, we achieved the ST EN ISO 9001 quality management system certification, affirming our dedication to maintaining high standards in our processes and products.
  • 2005

To enhance our production capabilities, we established a CNC milling center focused on processing and machining aluminum alloys. This addition enabled us to offer even more specialized services to our clients.
  • 2006

As our brand evolved, we rebranded our Czech branch from BRIXIS s.r.o. to Perlon s.r.o., unifying our identity across the region.
  • 2007

We established a department dedicated to the development and production of foil and membrane keyboards, expanding our expertise into new product areas.
  • 2010

Our capabilities continued to grow with the addition of large-format digital printing, allowing us to produce high-quality, large-scale printed materials.
  • 2012

We moved our production to our own manufacturing facilities, encompassing an area of 2000 m². This move allowed us to consolidate our operations and improve efficiency.
  • 2015

We obtained product, equipment, process, and system safety certification according to UL (Underwriter Laboratories) criteria, ensuring our products met the highest safety standards.
  • 2017

Furthering our commitment to safety and quality, we obtained the ST EN ISO 18001 certification for occupational health and safety management, which was subsequently upgraded to ST EN ISO 450001.
  • 2021

In keeping with technological advancements, we updated our machinery with new flatbed and rotary die-cutting equipment, enhancing our production capabilities and efficiency.
  • 2024

To better serve our customers, we launched a new web interface focused on materials and products in the converting segment. This new platform provides an enhanced user experience and access to our extensive product offerings.
